We are seeking an Associate Program Manager who can work with the program management team to roll out initiatives for our partners and clients. In this role, you will also work in our team to market benefits to drivers, learn the nuances of communicating with gig workers from different cultures and communities, and engage drivers to build a stronger community. In addition, you will help to identify areas for improvement and help to manage the required internal and external resources to meet and exceed client expectations.
The ideal applicant can learn quickly, adapt to a dynamic, collaborative work environment, and exhibit comfort working with a wide range of tasks. We are seeking an Operations Coordinator who can work to make sure our company runs smoothly. The Operations Coordinator would work closely with the Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of Workers Benefit Fund. While this is an entry-level position, it is not a traditional EA position. Individuals in this role have historically transitioned into roles in account management and operations.
